Uma Thurman plans to marry for the third time. The 38-year-old actress and 45-year-old Swiss banker Arpad Busson are happy to announce their engagement. Arpad asked for Uma's hand in marriage while they were in London celebrating Nelson Mandela’s 90th birthday last Wednesday. Uma was previously married to actor Gary Oldman, 50, for a short period and to actor Ethan Hawke, 37, to whom Uma has two children, Maya Ray, 9, and Levon Roan Thurman-Hawke, 6. Arpad was previously engaged to Elle Macpherson. They have two sons together known as Flynn, 9, and Cy, 5. No wedding date has been set. |

ISLAMABAD, June 7: President Pervez Musharraf on Saturday declared in categorical terms that he had no immediate plan to resign or go into exile, but said he was ready to face impeachment and would accept any decision taken by the parliament.
“I won’t resign in the current situation. I will live and die in Pakistan, there is no other way,” President Musharraf told a select group of journalists in his first interaction with the media since the imposition of emergency on Nov 3 last year. |
